Use this form to join the PTSO.  Be sure to circle any volunteer opportunities you are interested in.  You can change these anytime by going to the PTO Manager and updating your preferences.

Are you a teacher or chair of a group or organization at school?  Use this form to request our assistance.  We review these requests at our monthly board meetings (2nd Tues. of the mo.), so if you have a time sensitive matter, please email Jayme Ellerbe and let her know your time restraints.  Please complete the form in it's entirety following the instructions in "How to Apply for Mini Grants", and have Mr. Fannin sign off on it prior to leaving it in the PTSO mail box in the teachers lounge.

Have you done something for the PTSO and have prior approval to be reimbursed?  Complete this form and attach your receipts, and leave it in the PTSO mail box in the folder marked for Treasurer.  Checks are cut once a month, and are signed and mailed after our board meetings.
