Instructions for accessing and updating your personal information in PTO Manager
1) After your membership has been entered into PTO Manager, you can expect to receive an email within 24 hours. The subject will read: "Welcome to PTO Manager".
The body of the email will welcome you and let you know that you are enrolled. They will also give you a temporary password (which you may change at any time).
2) There are two ways to log-in: you may either click on the link provided to you OR go to www.ptomanager.com and select "already enrolled in our system" and enter your email and password to log-in.
3) Once you log-in you can change your password, view/edit your profile, and view our events for the year. A good place to start is by clicking on the My Information button and making sure your interests and student information has been added.
4) As events are scheduled to take place around the school (All School Breakfast - for example) - our Volunteer Coordinator, Lisamarie Russell will begin recruiting volunteers. Volunteers who have expressed an interest in helping with this event will receive an email notification regarding the event to include the dates/time/location. Volunteers may respond directly to the email notification as to whether or not they are available to participate.
5) Tracking Volunteer Hours - Each time a Volunteer responds to an invitation to volunteer for an event, volunteer hours are automatically calculated and maintained for you throughout the year.
